Summary
This is not a traditional operations/assistant or an admin role, and it is not a short-term project.
We are looking for a dependable, execution-driven professional who wants a long-term, stable role and is willing to grow with the business. You will report to PA of the directors, and you will play a key role in keeping daily operations, systems, follow-ups, and execution running smoothly.
This role requires consistency, accountability, and resilience. There will be busy days, repetitive tasks, and moments where things feel unclear. The right person is someone who continues to show up, take responsibility, and move work forward rather than disengaging.

Deliverables
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Execution:
- Own and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks across teams
- Track tasks, execute as required, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure closure — not just activity
- Create structure where processes are unclear or missing
- Take charge of ad-hoc projects and see them through to completion

- Sales & Client Support:
- Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups with clients and prospects
- Prepare and publish sales reports at defined intervals
- Support sales scrums, performance tracking, and reporting
- Call and engage existing clients to review opportunities and challenges
- Marketing & Content Support:
- Support marketing execution including campaigns, content creation, and tracking
- Assist with newsletters, content calendars, and outbound marketing initiatives
- Monitor performance and help report on marketing activity results
- Coordination & Communication:
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, track action points, and follow up
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and partners
- Handle online chat support and incoming queries professionally
- Experience & Skills:

- Strong experience in operations, coordination, or execution-heavy roles
- Comfortable with CRMs, reporting, spreadsheets, and digital tools
- Confident on calls with clients and stakeholders
- Able to learn systems quickly and handle ambiguity
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
